Tabata is 20 seconds on of 1 exercise and 10 seconds of rest. Using our own body weight as resistance get ready to sweat & burn. How great would it be if i told you that 20 minutes of tabata would give you better cardio fitness as well as tone, strengthen and shape your body, better than 1 hour on the treadmill, or pointless ,repetitive drawn out run of the mill.

Repeat For 8 Cycles Through, Or A Total Of Four Minutes.


At this point, one can either stop the workout here or rest for a minute or two, then repeat the four minutes. There are 2 circuits that make up this intense tabata workout. 1 hour tabata cardio & strength supersets workout.
